Quick, friendly, thorough vet visits. They do the most to make it easy on my cat, but they never fail to check her thoroughly and make the best decisions about her wellbeing. Everyone knows her by name and tells her she's pretty, as they should.

I love this clinic for our little Boo!! She is very comfortable with the ladies that assist the Vet. They are so sweet and good with her!! The Vet is so gentle with our little one!! The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Thanks for being there our little baby! :)

I called multiple veterinary clinics in the Lubbock area. 82nd street clinic was the only one that seemed to hear my concerns. They did emergency surgery on my boy and removed a 5 pound mass that saved his life.

Everyone was super nice. Even though they were booked, they squeezed in an appointment for Pip. She had a fever so we were so happy that Dr Broadway was able to see her. We will definitely be returning

I’ve always had a good experience with them I take all three of my pets here. Yesterday I had the newest member of my family spayed. I received a text early in the afternoon saying everything went fine with her surgery the text even included a picture of her. As I arrived to pick her up I learned everything wasn’t fine she had a reaction to the anesthesia and had been vomiting and she was very disoriented and out of sorts. The loopy thing I understand having been under anesthesia but then I find out they actually had to administer shots to counter act the anesthesia. Ok . Now 48 hours later I’m having to bring her back to try to see if we can give her another shot just to settle her stomach because she hasn’t eaten since the day before the surgery. Now I’m hit with another bill. For the shot and some high calorie soft food. The bill kinda bothers me but to be honest what really matters to me and upsets me is the fact that I was told everything was great and fine when it truly wasn’t. Going and being prepared to see my baby in this condition is one thing but being told everything is fine when it’s clearly not really rubs me the wrong way. I’ve never had any issues here before and today I was truly disappointed with how my baby was handled. I am seriously considering changing veterinary clinics.

Took our two Boston Terriers to get neutered. I was a nervous wreck, but felt total comfort knowing how loving the staff is to our pups. Popcorn and Pickes are recovering beautifully and are back to being full energy. Thank you for taking such good care of our babies.

I have been taking my dogs there for years and their standard of care is very good even with the retirement of Dr Taylor who we love and trusted with the care of our dogs for about 15 years.

Very professional, straightforward veterinary service at a reasonable price. The clinic is a busy place, but the reception staff always has time for a bright smile and a friendly word. I am so glad to feel confident in the care that my 16 yr. old doggy receives.
